Reversed Lens Photography Studios specializes in fresh, boutique portraiture for every stage in life. Our passion is capturing the emotion inherent in the human experience-- the first days of babyhood, the jubilance of childhood, the awkwardness and anticipation of the teenage years, the sweetness of love and the beginnings of a life together-- and then translating those moments into heirloom-quality art.

Our blog is a combination of all of those moments. We highlight the latest sessions from our portrait and event work, as well as little glimpses into what drives our creativity and passion. Sometimes that's a product or vendor that we're thrilled to have stumbled into, or it might just be moments from our life that we felt compelled to share.

More than anything, we hope that you'll feel our passion: for beauty, even in the most unexpected places, for uniqueness, but most of all for the true, beautiful joy of real life.

Come see your life through a different lens with us today!

Rains Family • Portland Oregon Family Photography

I’ve been friends with Tracy, the owner and proprietor of Pumpkin Noodle, an adorable line of children’s clothing, for quite some time now. We’ve often chatted about getting together to photograph their family and now it’s finally come to fruition! This was such a fun session. Both John and Tracy are super gregarious and fun and their boys follow right in their footsteps. We played and played and played, and ended up with some pictures that are just so them. Tracy, enjoy your sneak peek and I’ll see you soon for your ordering session!

Aiden got to steal the show a little since Zach had an entire photoshoot to himself when he was in the NW Kids Mother’s Day edition.
